WE SAY THAT YOGA is an exercise for our BODY, HEART and MIND. Children build strength, body awareness, social skills and self-confidence. With the regular practice of yoga, they become more aware of their own emotions and more understanding of other people. For kids of all ages, yoga has the tools to cultivate physical health, mindfulness, focus and tranquility that any child will use every day

WE WORK WITH ADMINISTRATORS, TEACHERS and PARENTS. WE OFFER YOGA, BREATHING, AND MINDFULNESS SESSIONS TO STUDENTS AGE 8 WEEKS TO 15 YEARS OLD as well as kids yoga & mindfulness workshops.
Our program includes strengthening & balancing yoga poses, relaxation, breathing exercises, meditation, partner poses, fun games, and healthy portion of learning. We teach both online and in person & will work with you to customize our sessions towards your children’s needs.
