
Yes Yes Yoga for you
We work with a wide variety of students of different ages and abilities. Our hope for everybody is that we can help you make this practice your own. We offer individual and small group private sessions in the comfort of your home, online and in person.
For Beginners
Group yoga classes may seem intimidating. We will work with you to build a customized foundation for your practice in your body. We will then share simple techniques to help you get started. As we progress, your ability to learn from yourself will be awakened. You will become more comfortable in body and mind, and you will achieve even more than you thought possible.
For Relaxation
The pace of modern life is fast, and even when we get a free moment it can be difficult to relax. We will share simple techniques that shift the body and mind towards a relaxed state. It is great to be busy and active - an expression of love for the world. Yin and Restorative Yoga offer techniques for balancing activity with acceptance - an expression of love for yourself. When activity and relaxation are balanced, life is full and sleep is sound.
For Fitness
The physical benefits of active yoga practice are tremendous. Added strength, freedom of movement, and energy will help you feel better in everything you do. We will work together to safely meet your fitness goals. There are many excellent ways to get exercise, and you should enjoy any you like! What makes Vinyasa Yoga different is the close attention given to the breath and the body as we move. Focus makes effort more powerful, in fitness and in life.
