The way I see it, the beauty of yoga practice is that it helps us create HARMONY, not fix something, in any season of our lives and practice. HARMONY is a state of BEING, while BALANCE is an ACTION. Harmony cares about the quality of relationships between elements, ensuring they work together seamlessly. Balance is focused on the result achieved through the equality or symmetry of elements.

Harmony seeks integration and seamless coexistence, while balance seeks stability and evenness.

Harmony is about the flow and how things work together. Balance is about maintaining equilibrium and preventing any part from becoming too dominant.
