This challenge will run March 3-8, 2024. To access the sessions you can join the live stream HERE. You can also learn more about each session there as well.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We’ll meet for about 15 minutes at 6:45PM MST/8:45PM EST (times are for US and Canada). We’ll start the challenge with YIN + RESTORATIVE YOGA TO PREPARE FOR MEDITATION PRACTICE I 60 minutes. I’ll upload the replay of this session so you can come back to it on your own each day of the challenge. After the challenge is over you won’t be able to access this video (make notes or sign up for my BREATHWORK + MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS self-paced online course).

HOW TO PREPARE

It’s best to do your breathing exercises on an empty stomach, in the morning and/or at night.

Don’t practice pranayama if you’re feeling sick, congested or having allergies that stop you from breathing freely.

Don’t consume coffee, alcohol or other stimulating substances or experiences right before your practice.
